DiETING!!!? people who tried the cabbage soup diet only please!!tommorow is my last day..day number 7 and now i'm scared that i will gain it all back. how do i slowly start eating normally again? is this good? breakfast: fiber one cereal lunch: fiber one cereal and a fruit (or i might have a sandwich) snack: activia with my own fruit put in dinner: steamed veggies and grilled fish dipped in 1 tbsp (ish) or light mayo if i eat nicley like this can i keep the weight off? and i'll have like a few hundred calories a week of junk food for right now. What are some ways to break a dieting plateau? I am failry muscular but also put on weight quickly. I have a history of working out, eating a lot, and dieting to get back down to decent weight. A lot of info to swallow, but any advice? I also drink a lot of coffee (yes, I know how unhealthy that is for growth at my age ^^;), but I plan to switch that out with green tea.

While dieting, are sugar free energy drinks significantly less destructive than regular? I’ve heard in passing that despite being labeled as “diet”, and having 0 calories listed under the nutritional facts, diet sodas aren’t all that much better than regular sodas. How do I break the cycle of yo-yo dieting? I've lost the same 50 pounds about seven times. I'm a pro at losing it, but I always gain it back. Dieting...........? **Firstly I know that you should not starve yourself when dieting** A few weeks ago I was off my food. I was trying to cut down so this did not bother me. This went on for a couple of days. Saying this I did eat but not the usual amount. When I got my hunger back I was eating anything. And I just wanted to eat. Is this because my body needed to make up with food for the days I was not eating? (Hope you can understand what I mean)

Could anyone help me just telling things thats good about a good a healthy diet?? This is what I said so far.. I think that my diet is wonderful because I get a lot of protein, vegetables, whole grains, and fruits. I know using this nutrition log would let me live a great life and a healthy one to. I know that in my diet I’m getting everything that I need that will keep me in great health and make me feel alert and not tired all the time. I have put on 2 kilos in the last 2 weeks and i really think i should go on a diet i dont want people saing your not fat and stuff like that i just need a good plan seems athletics have finished and so has dancing and i need to get exersice also does any one know a website where you can make a food timetable like 4 wat u have for lunch and things like that.. I lost about 20-30 pounds im about 130-140 i dont eat junkfood anymore i take about 200-700 cals at most days im a calorie counting nut Everyday I run,walk do crunches but i want to lose more weight. dieting??? what's a good diet for me? i am 14 and about 120 lbs. :( i would like to lose some of that weight. i do not eat very many vegetables, i have not tried many vegetables. i am not sure i could convince myself to. i eat corn, raw carrots, peas, and occasionally raw green beans. i love fruit. it is also very hard for me because i live in a house where there's a lot of junk food around. my mom is trying to gain weight. which makes me mad. i am starting to do crunches everyday. i also stretch everyday (straddle and stuff). i can't go out for a jog because my mother thinks it's "too dangerous" to go on my own. (rolling my eyes). anyway, i am a dancer and i would like to be skinnier. i do not believe in weight loss pills because they are a load of crap. please help me! i am about 5 3.5- 5 4 height wise. don't say, you're to young! i don't want to be fat now or when i am older. you haven't seen me, you don't know what i look like.

dieting..??? last year i went just about anorexic and was talking in about 400 -600 calories a day for quite a while..i lost about 25 pounds, and then i started eating healthy, meaning 1200-1500 calories a day spread out over 5 meals. a few months later, i started gaining back weight cause i started taking in a lot more calories than my body needs. i became panicked and then tried to lower my calorie intake back to 400 a day. i couldnt put up with that again, so now im back on the 1200 calorie a day diet (which, i should mentioned, was still making me lose weight the first time i went back to it). my question is, if my metabolism still allowed me to lose weight on 1200 the first time after my anorexic period, am i still able to take in 1200 calories and lose weight or was my severe suppression of calories the second time around the final straw? basically, am i gonna gain weight?

dieting...? ok so like im trying to lose weight not cause i think im fat its just cause i have little bulges in places where they shuld not be basically in my stomach and inner thighs sooo does anyone have any tips on how to lose those areas?
is it possible to get fatter while ur dieting and exercising? i have been dieting and doing strenuous exercise for at least an hour and a half a day frothe past week. i have lost 6 pounds according to the scale, however my clothes feel tighter. i have been doing about 85% cardio to burn the fat and maybe 15% weight training. i feel like im getting fatter although the scale says i have lost. i am NOT pregnant either. so whats up with this? is it all in my head? how long, on avg, does it take b4 u actually SEE results? AND i have NO thyroid or any other health problems except for being over weight.
