Is there any other way to lose weight besides dieting and exercising?

It's really hard to focus on dieting and exercise when there are just too many work to do. Is there any other solutions other than the both mentioned? (Please don't promote to me any stupid medication)

  2. honey, u ruled out dieting, exercising n medication. there's NO way u can lose weight. all other ways r not healthy. u do not need to 'focus' on dieting. try eating only fruits. u dun even need to think. u can survive and fruits cannot make u fat. please accompany that diet with will power.
  3. all i did was take sager out of my diet, well most sager and I exercises a little here and there. I walk my dog and so forth but nothing to crazy. And I lost 12 pounds in one mouth could not believe it. See I am already in pretty good shape I just put on a few pounds as I've gotten older. I'm only 30 but its been a little tough this year with the weight. But yea that's what I did and it seems to be great. I went from 170 to 145 in the last 3 months just by taking sugar out of my diet. oh and you need to watch how much fruit you eat to its full of sager. I watched a special with Dr. Oz from Oprah and he recommends whole fruit juice but only half a cup.

  5. Yeah you can just sit there & wish it off really hard! or you can sh*t a few pounds off w/ e-lax. If that doesn't work keep you end out of fast food, starbucks joints & eat heathy foods such as fruits & veggies...
  6. look into the points system at Weight Watchers. I have been doing this since September 2007 and have not gained the 30 pounds I lost. You have the freedom to eat what you want as long as you don't go over your daily points..(I normally go over about 4-5 points per day and still don't gain) You even are allowed 35 extra points per week that you can use on weekends. The weight does come off slowly but it is worth it..give it a try and good luck!
  7. Something I picked up was only eat 3/4 of what is put in front of me when I am eating. Also, not drinking alcohol helps a lot. Drink water instead of soda. And no snacking between meals, or have 5 mini meals throughout the day. Go for grilled instead of fried. Don't eat after 8 pm. But I don't know what constitutes as dieting for you. These are just easy tricks I do to avoid extra weight. It doesn't help a lot, but it doesn't hurt. Also, walking as much as possible helps. If you have the choice between driving or walking between two destinations, walk.
