How do girls with large breasts exercise and play sports?

My new girlfriend has very large breasts. She also plays softball and runs cross country. I am just wondering how girls play sports and exercise with really large breasts. Don't they get in the way or hurt when they flop all over the place? I am too shy to ask my girlfriend. Serious replys only. Thanks!

4. I have big breasts, and I wear a hard-core sportsbra. It's like, three layers thick and makes my C look like an A. Trust me, it works.

6. Hhaah story of my life. We use really tight sport bras it helps it from bouncing and it doesn't hurt at all unless its really cold /: Girls get all the luck

9. i had to wear 2 sports bras when i did cross country and some people have to wear 3 if they are big enough
10. a sports bra. like for cheerleading the coaches will kick you off the team if you don't wear one because they do get in the way haha. but like sports bras just like hold them in and are a lot tighter.

Sports bras are excellant. they help to keep the breasts 'tied down' so that they dont flop around as much while running. and yes, if the breast are extremely large, than sometimes it will still hurt (from the flopping bc sports bras can only do so much), but the pain is worth it if she is very involved in what she is doing.

14. i have pretty big breasts myself and i use to play sports i ran track yea they got in the way a little bit but i found a really good sports bra and it helped a lot!!! but you dont have to be shy with her she will understand your curious

16. Sports bras effectively hold the sweater puppies down. Its not that big a deal in most sports. Golf is probably the worst since it effects a woman's ability to hold a club properly.
