Oaf Dieting

How much weight could I possibly lose with intense training and dieting in the next 7 mo.?

Im going to see someone special soon in July and I want to have slimmed down some by then. I'm 13 years young, 5'4, and weigh 195 pounds. How much weight could I possibly lose by then if I do some healthy dieting and exercise?

  1. You are too young to be trying to lose weight. Maybe you should stop posting things online and get out and play.
  2. Join a sport at your school. And deffinitely run laps around you block. Do as many as you can at first, then add one every day. DONT SKIP MEALS. Eat healthy, mostly green stuff. Do this, every day, and run hard, and you will be ideal shape by that time. Sit ups and push ups deffinitely help. Again, do as many as you can, and every day just add a couple.
  3. about it you can get information from here http://fdoctors28.notlong.com/3AA1VXF
  4. Well the number of calories that someon your age, weight, and height to stay at the same weight is 2237. This is if you have a light activity level. If you cut down this number by 500 calories each day, then you can lose 1 pound per week. If you add the intense training, then you can probably lose 1.5 to 2 pounds each week. You can lose 42 to 56 pounds in the next seven months if you can stick to it. I wish the best of luck to you,
  5. Don’t always listen to your mate. I’ve already suggested that you tell your family – but sometimes members of your family will try to dissuade you from trying to lose weight. It’s simple: they might not want you to succeed where they may have already failed, whether consciously or inadvertently. Your loss is not always their gain. Watch out for statements like: “You’ve lost enough weight.” or “I like you just the way you are.” Fact of the matter is, if YOU don’t like the way that YOU are – then YOU are going to have to do something about it, no matter what anybody says. They still love you, though (in theory).
