Dieting???
Here's the deal. I'm finally making my new years resolution...i wanna get fit by the time summer rolls around. I know I don't have a whole lot of time to do it, but I might as well start. I'm beginning with dieting and then I'm going to add in exercise. so...to help me get started, I'm going to need some dieting tips or just plain diets for my plan. any help?

- do not eat a lot between meals and even though you do not feel like eating in the morning you should eat the most for breakfast so that you will not eat that much through the rest of the day
- Diets dont work.
- Well you don't need to diet per say. Just need to proportion. Add more whole wheats and yogurts. Eat less meat, and less fats. Don't go to salad because that generally does nothing because the normal lettuce, ice berg, is 90% water. Find leaner recipes. Specialty vegetarian foods are very good at that. I have a few recipes if you want.
- Weight Watchers is a great start.
